Your Club Need a Website?

Is your club without its own website, or do you have a website that you are having to pay somebody to maintain? Worse yet, do you have a website, but the guy who built it is no longer available, and it hasn’t been updated in 5 or 6 years (ZOMBIE site)? If your club in any of these situations, Lion Howard Harkness, webmaster of the Plano Early Lions Club can help you. He can set your club up with a new website, and teach 3 or 4 of your members how to easily maintain it — all in ONE DAY. The total cost(*) of your new website is $300, including training and the first year of hosting, and you don’t need to hire a professional web designer for anything ever again, including future customization of your site, because your members can do it themselves! 100% of the website building and hosting fees goes to the Plano Early Lions Club administration account — the training is donated, and the web hosting service is donated. The only other expense is your domain registration (see below).

Hosting is $60/year after the 1st year, also paid directly to the Plano Early Lions Club administration account.

This very low-cost website service is available only to Lions Clubs in district 2X-1, and is limited by the available time of our webmaster. If you have a non-profit organization other than a Lions Club in the DFW area, email the webmaster for a quote.

(*)The website building and hosting fees do not include your domain registration. If you do not already have a domain name, you can reserve one at Texas-Domains.com for about $8/year, for up to 10 years. Other optional expenses include the purchase of a book for about $25.
